    #3 rebar grid, pre-plumb, gunite shell shoot & cure.

  6. Phase 06

    Plumbing & Electrical

    3–5 days

    Min. 2" Schedule 40 PVC, pressure tested, electrical rough-in.

  7. Phase 07

    Tile, Coping & Decking

    1–2 weeks

    Tile set by hand, footers, termite treatment, deck pour.

  8. Phase 08

    Equipment & Enclosure

    3–5 days

    Pad poured, pump/filter/heater set, screen cage erected.

  9. Phase 09

    Grade & Safety

    1–2 days

    Final grade, safety devices, county inspection.

  10. Phase 10

    Interior Finish

    1–2 days

    Plaster or pebble hand-troweled. Lifetime warranty.

    Fill, Startup & School

    4–5 weeks

    Fill, 30-day soft startup, salt added, pool school.
